CWD - Colour Warm Dimming
With the CWD option (Colour Warm Dimming), a continuous change in the colour temperature, from 3000 K to 1800 K, is achieved simultaneously with a reduction in the intensity of the light (see graphic) - similar to the dimming characteristics of an incandescent lamp. The reduction in the illuminance allows a very warm hue to be imparted to the light. As a result, a selection can be made between a balanced working light during the day, and a relaxing light mood in the evening. The CWD colour temperature curve is within the comfort zone (see Kruithof curve).
